Set in two parts 1 : Main stage, 2nd stage and festival area

Part: 2 5 Rainbow group venues and adjacent 2000 capacity street party. All running concurrently. Challenging site change over with mass crowd flow management.

Overall management and sign off of all contractors involved the setting up the event. Full oversight as gold control , show stop status . 6,000 capacity

Responsible for site design and management , all infrastructure contractors , Technical production design and management ,construction and staffing of all live stages. Transport management plan to include 22 shuttle buses , chartered trains and egress from a logistically challenging location. Additional production management for a 2,000 capacity warehouse after party 12,000 capacity festival event .Show stop status
